To strengthen employees’ professional skills and standardize laboratory procedures, the company recently organized a special training program on “Proper Use of Laboratory Instruments.” More than 20 new employees from the technical and quality inspection departments participated. Through a combined “theory + hands-on practice” approach, they systematically learned the operating procedures, troubleshooting methods, and safety essentials for commonly used instruments such as diaphragm vacuum pumps, turbidimeters, and filters.

During the training, the laboratory director explained principles using real cases, guided on-site practice, and corrected common issues such as “reading deviations” and “parameter setting errors.” Assessment results showed a 95% pass rate, significantly improving the accuracy of experimental data and operational safety.

This training has consolidated the professional foundation of the team, providing strong support for skill enhancement and efficient work.
